Bakery Suzanne is a small, artisanal bakery in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. that specializes in sourdough bread and viennoiserie. Baker (and owner) Wilson Keenan named the space after his mom, Suzanne, who has always inspired him to resist societal expectations and go his own way. The bakery is centered around an appreciation for history and tradition, art and creativity, and home.
